How to make a purchase?

To make a purchase at Cristina Wish, select the products that interest you and add them to the shopping bag by clicking on “Add to Shopping Bag”. Then complete the process in 5 steps:

1. Invoicing information

2. Shipping address

3. Shipping method

4. Payment information

5. Order comments

Once you have confirmed that all the data are correct, accept your purchase, make the confirmation and wait for our notification. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a code by e-mail so you can track it at all times.

Cristina Wish currently sells to anywhere in the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination.

Note 1: Free shipping in all countries for amounts over 500 € shipments (equivalent in dollars or pounds).

What is the delivery process?  

Once you have completed the purchase process, we will confirm the order by e-mail. We will also tell you when your order leaves our warehouse and give you a tracking number so you can see the status of your order at any time.

 

How do I consult the status of my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will give you a tracking number so you can see the status of your order online at any time. To stay informed, simply enter the tracking number on the web page of the courier company. 

 

How long will my order take?

Delivery time depends on stock and the time to manufacture each piece of jewelry, but usually ranges between 7 and 10 days for orders made in Spain, 15 days for European orders and 20 days for shipments outside the European continent.


 

What are the shipping costs?

All Cristina Wish shipments are free of charge for deliveries in Spain. The cost is €9 for Spanish Islands, €25 for Europe and €50 for destinations outside the European continent. 

 

What payment methods are available?

Cristina Wish provides quick and secure payment methods. These are the options we suggest: 

- Credit card / PayPal 

- Bank transfer


 

What is the exchange and return policy?

You have 1 month to return non-personalised products if you no longer want them. Just return them to us in perfect condition and we will proceed to refund the purchase and shipping costs.

The above right does not apply to personalised products.

How do I know my ring size?

Don’t worry. We also provide a gauge for you to print. 

 

I got the wrong size, what can I do?

If you order the wrong size, contact us by the means you find most convenient (more information in questions on customer service) and we will proceed to make the exchange as quickly as we can.

Due to the type of gem stone or ring settings we cannot ensure that all products can be exchanged to a certain size. Our team will assess whether the exchange is possible.

If not, we will suggest other similar rings that are available in your size or refund the money directly.


 

Is my purchase secure?

How are the products packaged? Can they be sent as gifts?

All our products come in personalised boxes. At Cristina Wish we take care of every detail so that your purchases become the best of gifts.


 

Can I ask for my purchases to be engraved?

Both wedding bands and engagement rings can be engraved if you wish. You can choose the text and font during the purchase process. For more information, see the post 'Engraving on solitaires and wedding bands'.

 

Are all the products guaranteed?

All our pieces are of the highest quality, offered at reasonable prices through Internet without intermediaries.

Our jewelry is made from 18 carat gold and the diamonds and precious stones have their respective quality certificates.

In the event of a defective product, Cristina Wish will proceed with the repair, replacement or resolutionof the purchase, free of charge.



How long does the guarantee on my purchase last?

All the products you buy at Cristina Wish have a 2 year guarantee.
